2. Service Description

DactyNote provides AI-powered transcription services. Accuracy may vary and should be verified before professional use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of content you upload. You must obtain all necessary consents to process personal data, PHI, or privileged information.

3.1 HIPAA Compliance

If you are a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA, you must enter into a BAA with DactyNote. You agree not to upload PHI without such an agreement in place.

3.2 Legal Confidentiality

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with your duties of attorney-client privilege and other confidentiality obligations.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content. You grant DactyNote a license to process your content to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

DactyNote is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
